FAVORITE QUOTE:

“Our job is not to bring the world to Christ, but to take Christ to the world.”

TESTIMONY:

I was saved at the age of five and was baptized the next year. I knew that I was trusting Christ alone for my salvation. Missions has been my focus pretty much my entire life. When I was still in grade school I read about the Havasupai tribe of Indians that lived in the Grand Canyon and they remained on my heart ever since. I wanted to be a missionary to Native Americans and was thrilled to see the hand of God guide me in that direction when during my senior year at FSB, Kristen and I were able to join a group of students and the director of UIM International to spend a week in Supai — the village of the Havasupai IN THE GRAND CANYON! Several years ago, the Lord brought me out of an abusive relationship. It was at that time that I came to know God’s unconditional love, grace, and forgiveness in a whole new way. It seems as if He has given me a second chance at life and I refuse to be distracted from my purpose again. I have re-dedicated my life to God as an offering of thanksgiving and unwavering love.”
